Signed, the knots are lamb wool, the background and the surrounded border are indigo, the center medallion and the four corners are ivory, high pile, in perfect condition, very finely knotted, Shaikh-Saffi design.
Similar example is exposed at the Albert Museum in London, 16th century/dated.
