Antique, collectors item, the salvages are woven on two lines with multicolored wool, the knots are hand spun lamb wool, minor problems at one edge and border side, the background color is indigo with allover Mirabotha design, the surrounded large border is warm rust with crab design, soft as a handkerchief and high standard quality.
This example is considered as a solid investment.
A similar example was published in the catalog of “Rugs and Flatweaves of the Transcaucasus” by Richard E. Wright on page 55.
