Antique, collectors item, rare example, vegetable dyes. The knots, the warp and the weft threads are mixed with hand spun wool and goat hair. The background and the surrounded large border are indigo. The center square medallion is sky blue and cochineal red, the four corners are cochineal red, certain places the pile is uniformly short comparing with the rest, some used places, very finely knotted and elegant, soft as an handkerchief and in its original shape.
