Antique, collectors item, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the knots are hand spun lamb wool (silky wool), both edges are finished with tiny kilim, the warp and the weft threads are mixed with wool and goat hair, the selvages are rolled on one line with two different colors wool, the background color is indigo, the surrounded large border is ivory, both edges have special finishing which is traditional to Qashqai rugs, high pile, in excellent condition, soft as a handkerchief, high standard quality, in its original shape, rare example.
Private collection.
It is considered as a solid investment.
