Antique, collectors item, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the knots and the warp threads are hand spun wool, the weft threads are cotton, the pile is uniformly short,the background color is indigo, the center is designed with five classical Lezgi stars, the surrounded large border is ivory, the edges are finished with tiny kelim, finely knotted, in its original shape.
A similar example was published in the catalog ” Das grosse Orient-Teppich-Buch ” by J.G. Lettenmair on page 313.
