Antique, collectors item, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the knots are hand spun wool, the warp and the weft threads are 100% wool, indigo background with abrash, a tiny hole 1 x 2cm is repaired, the edges are finished with tiny kelim, the shirazi borders are rolled on one line with cotton, high pile, in good condition, soft as a handkerchief, high standard quality and in its original shape.
A similar example was published in the catalog of “Morgenlandische Teppiche” by Von H. Ropers on page 127.
