Dated 1320 = 1902. Antique, collectors item, in perfect condition, high pile, the black knots are oxidized, the knots are hand spun wool, the edges are finished with 2 cm kelim, vegetable dyes, the warp and the weft threads are 100% wool, the background color is indigo with four center medallions, the surrounded large border is rust, high standard quality and in its original shape.
A similar example was published in the catalog of “Caucasian Rugs” by Ulrich Schurmann, on page 32, plate 121.
This example is considered as a solid investment.
