Antique, collectors item, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the warp and the weft threads are 100% wool, the knots are hand spun lamb wool, high pile, in good condition, allover geometric design, the surrounded large border is ivory, soft as a handkerchief, high standard quality, rare example.
A similar example was published in the magazine Carpet XL Hamburg, issue 81976 3/2014, on page 79, picture 2, presenting by Thomas Furth and Jean Mohren.
