Antique, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the knots are hand spun wool, the warp threads are cotton, the weft threads are wool, the shirazi borders are woven on two lines, the edges are finished with 2 cm kelim, high pile, in perfect condition, indigo medallion, bee design, indigo background, the surrounded large ivory border is with hook design, soft as a handkerchief, high standard quality and in its original shape.
A similar example was published in the catalog of “Orientteppiche” by Doris Eder on page 261, plate 265.
