Antique, museum standard, collectors item, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the knots are hand spun wool, the selvages are woven on two lines with wool, the warp and the weft threads are 100% wool, both edges are finished with 2 cm kelim, the background color is rust, the center medallion is green, the surrounded large border is indigo, high pile, in good condition, soft as a handkerchief and high standard quality.
A similar example was published in the catalog of ” Orientteppiche” by Doris Eder on page 87.
