Antique, collectors item, vegetable dyes, the knots are hand spun wool, the black knots are oxidized, the background color is terracotta, three medallions, the surrounded large border is ivory with running dog design, finely knotted, the pile of one part is slightly used, soft as an handkerchief and in its original shape.
A similar example was published in the catalog of “Ullstein Teppichbuch” by Reinhard Hubel on page 287.
