Imperial Russian period (late 19th to early 20th century).
Material & Technique: 84 zolotnik silver standard (equivalent to .875 fineness) decorated with vibrant polychrome cloisonné enamel (featuring turquoise, royal blue, emerald green, and red floral and scroll motifs).
Hallmarks: Stamped with the “84” zolotnik silver mark, a maker’s mark (typically read as C.K, often associated with master silversmiths or ateliers such as Semen Kazakov working within major Moscow firms), and a head mark (the kokoshnik profile stamp featuring a woman in traditional Russian headwear, indicating the piece was assayed between 1896 and 1917).
Dimensions & Design: Features articulated link panels accompanied by large focal terminals/buckle plates measuring approximately 7 x 6.5 cm, completed by an original hanging chain and fastening pin.
Hand-crafted Russian Imperial silver belt, measuring 70 cm in length and 3 cm in width.
