Antique, the black knots are oxidized, the knots are hand spun wool, the warp and the weft threads are 100% wool, the shirazi borders are woven on three lines with wool, the edges are finished with tiny kelim, high pile, in perfect condition, soft as a handkerchief, high standard quality and in its original shape.
A similar example was published in the catalog of ” Teppich Atlas, Turkei-Kaukasus ” by S.A. Milhofer on page 94.
