Antique, collectors item. The knots, the warp and the weft threads are hand spun lamb wool. Vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the background color is rust, the center medallion and the surrounded large borer are ivory, minor places the pile needs to be knotted, the selvages are woven on two lines with wool, finely knotted, nice example, soft as a handkerchief, high standard quality and in its original shape.
