Antique, collectors item, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the knots are hand spun lamb wool, the warp and the weft threads are 100% wool, the shirazi borders are woven on two lines, the pile of certain places are rebuilt, the center medallion is ivory with warm rust, the background color is green into blue with abrashes, the surrounded large border is warm rust, soft as a handkerchief and high standard quality.
A similar example was published in 1955 in the catalog of ” MORGEN LANDISCHE TEPPICHE””, by H.Popers on page 113.
