Antique, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the knots are hand spun wool, the warp and the weft threads are 100% wool, designed with animals, the shirazi borders are woven on three lines with wool, high pile, in perfect condition, soft as a handkerchief, high standard quality and in its original shape.
A similar example was published in the catalog of “Oriental Carpets” by Doris Eder, published 1979 Munich, on page 173, ill. 132.
