Collectors item, Sarafian family carpet, vegetable dyes, the brown knots are oxidized, the warp and the weft threads are 100% silk, the knots are hand spun Pashmina wool, very finely knotted, thick pile in good condition, at the border side a tiny place already repaired, the background color is ivory, allover floral design, the surrounded large border is warm rust, soft as an handkerchief, high standard quality, rare example, elegant carpet.
