Dated 1314 = 1896. Antique, collectors item, with Islamic inscriptions, the knots are hand spun wool, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the background color is ivory, all over Mirabotha design, the surrounded large border is rust, finished with 2 cm kilim, finely knotted, thick pile, in perfect condition, high standard quality, in its original shape, rare example.
This example is considered as a solid investment.
Similar example was published in the catalog of “Enzyklopädie des Orientteppichs” by J.Iten-Maritz on page 319.
