Antique, collectors item, the knots are hand spun lamb wool, high pile, in perfect condition, soft wool, the warp and the weft threads are 100% wool, vegetable dyes, a nice example, finely knotted, three different colors of blue, two tiny holes to be repaired, soft as a handkerchief and in its original shape.
A similar example was published in the catalog of “Ullstein Teppichbuch” by Reinhard Hubel on page 236, plate 237.
