Antique, museum standard, collectors item. The knots, the warp and the weft threads are mixed with hand spun lamb wool and goat hair. One edge is woven with 5 cm kelim, the salvages are woven on two lines with two different colors wool in chess design, the black knots are oxidized, vegetable dyes, the background color is aubergine.
Is considered a fragment because all the joined parts are taken from the original carpet, thick pile, allover geometric design, soft as a handkerchief, high standard quality, finely knotted.
Private collection.
This example is considered as a solid investment.
