Dated 1917. Antique with Armenian inscriptions, high pile, in good condition, vegetable dyes, the warp and the weft threads are 100%wool, from one edge the last tiny border is missing, soft as a handkerchief and high standard quality.
A similar example was published in the catalog of “PASSAGS Armenian Rugs” by Murray L. Eiland, Jr on page 134.
