Antique, collectors item, vegetable dyes, the black knots are oxidized, the knots are hand spun wool, the warp and the weft threads are 100% wool, the shirazi borders are woven on two lines with wool, the edges are finished with 6 cm traditional Kazak technique kilim, high pile, minor problems at the border, soft as a handkerchief, high standard quality and in its original shape.
A similar example was published in the catalog of “Orientteppiche” by Doris Eder on page 204, plate 220.
